Dealogic Acquires Junction RDS, Leader in UK Shareholding Content
LONDON, May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dealogic announced that it has completed the acquisition of Junction RDS Limited (JRDS). Founded in 2005, JRDS is the market leader in ownership analysis of UK listed companies and combines specialist research by a highly skilled staff with proprietary analytical software.
The JRDS acquisition further enhances the Dealogic product set by providing clients with greater transparency into ownership of UK equities.
