Appointment of new COO of Kentz's EPC Business Unit

Kentz Corporation Limited (LSE: KENZ), the holding company of the Kentz engineering and construction group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tush Doshi as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Kentz's Specialist Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Business Unit, effective from the 15 October 2012. James Moore, the current COO of Specialist EPC, is retiring following a 19 year career with Kentz. James will continue working with Kentz in a consulting capacity in the near-term to ensure a seamless transition.
Tush Doshi joins Kentz from Jacobs, where he was Vice President of the European and African Field Services division and prior to that, he was a Director with Foster Wheeler. Tush was hired by Kentz specifically for his high level of quality EPC experience, having spent over 21 years with AMEC; culminating in the role of Director of Gas and Power in the Power and Process division. Whilst at AMEC, he was responsible for the strategic growth in several global regions for EPC and oversaw the development of the client relationships, strategic supply chain, and technology relationships needed to achieve this growth.
Tush has experience of managing EPC businesses across many regions throughout the world, including; Australasia, Southern and Northern Africa, China, India, and the Middle East. Working on EPC projects from front-end engineering, right through to construction, he has personally managed projects of up to US$1bn in value, overseen regional spend of up to US$5bn and has experience of business integration as well as overseeing P&L.
