His decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The number of Board members as on date is nine with four members deemed independent.
The Board of Directors has expressed its great appreciation for Mr. Arno Harris for his leadership and invaluable contributions towards company's role as one of the leading renewable energy companies in India.
