- Founder Linda Tizard sells 49% shareholding in Audio Network Australia to Audio Network Group -
Audio Network, the international music company specialising in music for film, television and video, today announced the acquisition of a 49% shareholding in Audio Network Australia Pty Ltd from co-founder Linda Tizard, enabling the Australian subsidiary to become a fully integrated part of the Audio Network Group. The acquisition demonstrates the Group's continuing determination to expand globally and develop its vision whilst retaining the innovative and creative force behind the group's success.

Charles Cutbill, currently Head of Sales, will assume the position of Sales Director, whilst Jess Ossington, Head of Creative Services, will take on the role of Operations Director.
Linda Tizard set up Audio Network Australia Pty Ltd as a joint venture with the UK-based parent company in 2008. Prior to that, she was Head of Development and Investment at the then NSW Films and Television Office (now Screen NSW).
