Ballast Nedam Preferred Bidder for Nos Hospital Nobo in Curaçao

The development foundation for the Netherlands Antilles SONA (Stichting Ontwikkeling Nederlandse Antillen) has named Ballast Nedam preferred bidder for the construction of Nos Hospital Nobo in Curaçao.
In co-operation with its local partner of Curaçao OeverZaaijerLyongo architects, EGM architects from Dordrecht and the advisor for the technical installations Valstar Simonis, Ballast Nedam has submitted the most economical bid for the design and construction of this new hospital, within a maximum amount of approximately 90 million euros.
The hospital will have 300 beds and a size of approximately 40,000 m2. Final award of the project will follow after financial close.
