The following director nominees were re-elected to serve for the coming year:
James Passin (99.08% FOR)
Anthony Dutton (99.37% FOR)
Craig Loverock (99.28% FOR)
The following resolutions were also approved:
Setting the number of Directors at three (99.41% in Favour)
Re-appointing Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as Auditor (99.60% in Favour)
Re-approving the Company's Stock Option Plan (98.98% in Favour)
A total of 28,747,103 common shares representing 19.44 % of the 147,841,627 common shares entitled to vote were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting. The Company also announces that Dasha Enenko has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary to pursue other opportunities. James Passin will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Corporate Secretary until a permanent replacement is located.
