Anthony Lucas has over 25 years' experience in line management and senior management consulting positions with the Consumer and Retail sectors. His work has included growth strategies, sales and channel management, trade promotions, operating model redesign, store operations and merchandising. His early career was with Johnnie Walker and Rimmel Cosmetics where he helped relaunch both brands to gain UK market leadership positions. He was Marketing Vice President for a New York fashion footwear retailer and interim CEO at a British American Tobacco Trade Marketing joint venture company.
Anthony's business consulting career includes Partner roles with global Big 4 firms as well as Capgemini, Accenture and Wipro serving senior management at international companies such as Diageo, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Proctor & Gamble, Tesco, Del Monte and Shseido Cosmetics. He has worked and lived in the United Kingdom, United States, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Dr. Markus Peterseim brings over 20 years' experience in executive management and as an advisor to senior company leaders. He has particular experience in strategy and revenue management in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals and chemicals sectors. Recently he served as Senior Advisor to private equity firms and their investments in healthcare. He was Managing Director – Group Chief Executive Officer of VIATRIS Pharmaceuticals and Director of Sales and Consulting at IMS Health.
Markus' consulting career includes seven years with A.T. Kearney in Düsseldorf and a similar period with The Boston Consulting Group in Frankfurt where he was Sector Leader for Healthcare Payers and Providers & Private Equity in Healthcare. He received his Doctorate in organometallic chemistry, summa cum laude, from the University of Dortmund, Germany with a post doctorate fellowship at Texas A&M University, USA.
Francesca Müller joins Blue Ridge Partners with nearly 20 years of experience helping clients in the US and Europe develop and implement strategies for growth. In addition to management responsibilities for strategy, business development and service operations, Francesca has worked in marketing and commercial effectiveness functions across a range of industry sectors including Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, and Business Services. Her clients have included the United Kingdom's largest private hospital group, Bupa International, Royal Dutch Shell, Nestle, American Express, and Sodexo services.
She began her career with McKinsey, in the New York and London offices where her work focused on the firm's Media practice, serving clients including Time Warner, Bertelsmann, and the BBC. Francesca earned her BA and JD from Harvard University.
Olivier Lehmann's career has focused on helping companies develop and implement ambitious growth plans. With McKinsey for 7 years in Paris, then as an independent consultant, Olivier served clients primarily in the telecommunications, high tech and consumer goods sectors, supporting them in redefining their business model, launching new products, expanding internationally, and improving their value proposition and sales force effectiveness. He has also performed numerous due diligence projects for industrial and private equity clients.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Olivier worked for Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur in New York and JP Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions Department in London and Paris. He holds a PhD and MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a B.B.A. from HEC Paris.
