The DAM Foundation is an organisation that brings standards and best practice to the digital asset management industry. The organisation has developed an evaluation process to establish whether digital asset management vendors can demonstrate core functionality and competency in their platforms. The aim is to establish a certified list of elite digital asset management software platforms. The accredited vendors can display a badge of certification on their marketing materials to identify themselves to potential customers.
Brandworkz was selected after participating in the evaluation process which was done using a blind method. Vendors gave an in depth demonstration of their platform to prove the 10 DAM Characteristics using digital assets sent shortly before the demo to limit preparation time and avoid the 'canned demo.'
