Kathryn Learner, Early Years Specialist Teacher at Bright Horizons Nurseries has been recognised for her outstanding contribution to young children's learning.

Kathryn, won the prestigious Nursery World Early Years Professional of the Year Award on Saturday night. This Nursery World award recognises practitioners who have gained Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) through one of the recognised pathways.
In her role, Kathryn, who achieved her Early Years Professional Status in March 2010, works closely with colleagues at Bright Horizons nurseries across Oxfordshire, inspiring the teams to reflect critically on their practice and to look for ways to strengthen and further improve their leadership of children's learning and development.
