Show favourite the Customer Service Excellence Arena, sponsored by Nexidia, is back by popular demand. An arena for industry leaders to take to the stage, the seminar sessions will cover topics including; effective ways to use social media as a customer service channel, how to engage and motive your business, how to stay on the right side of the law and many other inspiring sessions.
Industry experts, practitioners and notable luminaries will take to the stage to discuss the latest developments, including: Dr Nicola Millard from BT, Steve Marshall from Aviva, David Atherton from AO.com, and more to celebrate contact centres as a driving force within the UK.

Taking place on the show floor of the Expo, Call Centre Conference sponsored by Integrated Research UK, New Voice Media and Mitel will host 24 conference sessions that will offer delegates an insight into the improvements of three key themes: Employee Experience, Customer Experience and the latest Industry Trends. This year will also introduce six 90 minute interactive workshops where attendees can get hands-on practical advice, as well as, share ideas with peers. These workshops have been introduced as a direct response to attendee feedback, and provide the opportunity to gain in-depth information on industry topics.
Additional education includes three dedicated solutions theatres, sponsored by Synety, Lithium and Volt Delta, that will be located on the show floor. Providing 20 minute taster sessions on the varied solutions on offer, these will focus on three core areas: People & Technology Solutions; Customer Management Solutions and Social Media & Future Solutions. Visitors will be able to gain advice and knowledge on recent product and service developments, and how they can successfully be applied within their organisation.
