Industry leaders including: Interactive Intelligence, Cisco, Salesforce, BT, New Voice Media, Sennheiser (UK) Ltd plus more, demonstrated their latest solutions to the high level customer service professionals attending. A record breaking sign up rate of 70 per cent to the 2014 show proved that there is already a hunger for what will be on offer in 2014. Confirming his enthusiasm for the show Colin Mann, Head of Marketing, Aastra Telecom, said: "We've had a really good number of leads and we've already re-booked based on our experience this year. There has been good footfall and great quality leads."

Continuing to keep the content fresh is reflected in developing the show name to take it into a show stopping 15th year. Bringing the customer service industry together, this annual event is recognised as an event not to be missed.
The Call Centre Conference ran alongside the Expo and played host to some outstanding speakers from market leading brands. Delving into the future of the industry and helping businesses boost morale to get the most from their workforce, Jules Collins, Operations Director, Capita O2 Partnership presented the hugely popular 'The six steps to transforming service, morale, and cost in your call centre'. Other popular sessions included speakers from BT, First Great Western, Google, and Nokia among many others.
Visiting the show, Stephen Aykard, Senior Project Manager, American Express said: "It has been a research trip for me to attend Call Centre Expo and I've certainly achieved what I wanted to. The show is a really high standard and I've been able to network with new contacts. I'd definitely recommend attending and will be bringing my colleagues with me next year."
Commenting on the success of the 2013 show and looking forward to next year, Helen Curl, Event Director for Call Centre Expo said: "We've been delighted at the response to the show this year. There was a great buzz on the show floor that highlighted the industry sharing ideas and going away with a new purpose and inspiration. Launching the show as Customer Contact Expo in 2014 is an exciting move and reflects what the industry demands. We can't wait to reveal what we have planned and look forward to welcoming visitors back for our 15th year!"
