Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center has admitted its first patients into the newly opened Abu Dhabi facility this month. Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center offers specialized and dedicated medical care and rehabilitation services to patients requiring short-term comprehensive rehabilitation and long term care for patients with chronic illness or injury.

Situated in Khalifa City A (Shakhbout City), Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center Abu Dhabi caters for those in need of acute rehabilitation with a high level of physiotherapy, as well as treatment for a broad range of conditions including spinal cord injuries, neuromuscular diseases (such as a stroke) and birth defects.
In advance of the opening, Cambridge has also recently welcomed two key members of its operations team, Diana Grobler, VP Operation & Quality and Helen Maunton, Director of Operations. With over 40 years nursing experience in a number of countries including South Africa, KSA and the UAE, Diana has occupied senior nursing positions in a number of settings and is the Chairperson of the JCIA Policy & Procedure Committee. Helen is highly specialized in paediatric care and has over 20 years management and clinical experience in various roles and responsibilities in acute hospitals in both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
