NEW YORK and LONDON, Jan. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, a leading financial services firm, today announced the expansion of its Corporate Finance division with the appointment of Dominic Curtis as Managing Director. Mr. Curtis will focus on building the firm's debt capital market business in Europe, including both loans and bonds, and supporting the continued growth of the investment bank and credit trading teams. He will be based in London and report to Gordon Neilly, Head of Corporate Finance.

Mr. Curtis joins Cantor from AlpInvest Partners, where he served as Principal helping build their London office and invest their mezzanine and equity co-investment funds. Earlier, he served as Director of Leveraged Finance at Citi, originating and executing high yield and leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Curtis holds a B.A. and Masters in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.
