Participants in the Official Media/Press Tour will be able to take advantage of a wide range of services that are offered to support media coverage, and also enjoy a program of exclusive events including special tours to exhibitor facilities. We are currently working hard to ensure significant content for the Media/Press Tour, allowing everyone to thoroughly enjoy the tour at CEATEC JAPAN 2012; details of the exclusive events will be announced in the days and weeks ahead via email and through the official website (http://www.ceatec.com).

Europe: 1,700 euros (UK: 1,300 pound sterling)

Note: You will be able to participate in the CEATEC JAPAN 2012 Official Media/Press Tour whether or not you make your own travel arrangements (air and hotel accommodations). By signing up for the media/press tour, members are eligible to receive all support/services, including ground transportation, interpretation, booth tours, and special media tours (on Friday, October 5th; requires separate registration).

1. Participation fee includes roundtrip airfare (economy class)*, airport and other taxes, accommodations with breakfasts, transportation within Japan and other expenses incurred as part of the tour. *Airline will be chosen by contracted travel agents in the USA or Japan.
2. All arrangements will be handled by an agent appointed by the CEATEC JAPAN Management Office and News Center.
