Chemring Technology Solutions Launches Calibration-Free Electronic Warfare System

Chemring Technology Solutions will launch a major capability upgrade of its award-winning RESOLVE Electronic Warfare (EW) system at DSEI 2017, exploiting its wideband sensor collection capability to deliver automatic target geo-location in mounted operations, alongside ground-breaking intelligence development tools.

RESOLVE's extended mounted capability has created the world's first calibration-free, multi-platform EW system, which can go from on-the-march to vehicle-mounted instantly.

When on the move, automatic target geolocation is delivered from a single-system/single vehicle. Enhanced, map-based presentation of signals delivers immediate operator recognition of signal sources. This ability to detect, interpret and geo-locate at pace greatly extends the effective operational area, providing the ideal solution for contemporary high-tempo operations.

New information exploitation and analysis capability now delivers enhanced intelligence development for immediate mission support. RESOLVE's EW mission-focused workflow rapidly recognises and isolates high value intelligence by dynamically linking an interactive map display against the EW signal detection timeline. Beyond this mission-tasking focus, RESOLVE is also able to exploit and quickly analyse the large volumes of data derived from its wideband sensor.
