Cleaning Industry's Most Powerful Brand and Biggest International Organization in the World: ISSA Interclean Exhibition and Conference is now in Istanbul!
ISTANBUL, June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
The most powerful brand and the biggest international event of the cleaning industry ISSA Interclean Exhibition and Conference will be held in Istanbul after Amsterdam, Orlando, Warsaw and Mexico City. The exhibition will be organized for the first time in Istanbul by Amsterdam RAI and UBM NTSR on 25-27th September 2014 at WOWConvention Center in association with ISSA and TESHİAD.
Floor care machines, paper, chemicals, sustainability and cleaning for health are five of the key sectors to be featured in this new bi-annual show which is expected to draw in excess of 150 Exhibitors and 3,500 visitors. This is where the industry will congregate to view product innovations, broaden their industry knowledge, discuss, network, and strategize as well as create new business opportunities.
Running alongside the exhibition will be a conference programme - organised by ISSA in close co-operation with TESHIAD - that addresses the key topics of interest to the region and gives unique insight to attendees on how to connect with the cleaning industry world-wide.
"We are extremely excited to be working together with AMSTERDAM RAI, TESHIAD and UBM NTSR to stage a show that will make a real contribution to further driving innovation and advancing the professionalism of the industry in the region. We are also pleased to be able to help open up one of today's most vibrant and fast growing markets to the global cleaning world," said Keith Baker, ISSA Director of EMEA Services.
Rob den Hertog, Manager for the ISSA/INTERLCEAN shows added: "Turkey has been on RAI/ISSA's radar since 2009. In the interim we have been quietly and carefully seeking the right partners and venue to take our vision for the show, one that the industry in the region so richly deserves, from concept to reality." He continued: "For many centuries Istanbul has been the connection between Europe and Asia, a transcontinental city straddling the Bosphorus; the very point where the two continents meld together.
"Istanbul's strategic position along the historic Silk Road has also cemented its position as the premier location for business and trade in the region. Istanbul itself has contributed significantly to Turkey's ranking as one of the world's fastest-growing economies rising by a still-healthy 2.2% in 2012 after meteoric climbs of 8.5% in 2011 and 9% in 2010.
"Surveys conducted at recent ISSA/INTERCLEAN shows have proven too that there is a real and until now unanswered appetite for the show among exhibiting manufacturers who see Turkey as their top potential growth market and who are looking for expansion in Eurasia generally. "We are therefore delighted to finally be able to start with the organisation. All the elements for a successful show are present: an emerging economy, the support of the local industry association, a reputable local partner and a world-class venue in a very international and interesting city."
"By bringing the world's cleaning industry leaders to Turkey, we are creating a wave of change that will revolutionize the industry throughout the region as well as increasing the skillsets and productivity of cleaning operatives there," concluded John Garfinkel, Executive Director, ISSA.
This inaugural show is being created through an exclusive collaboration between ISSA, the Amsterdam RAI, leading Turkish cleaning and services association TESHIAD (professional cleaning and services association) and UBM NTSR the global, leading event company.
