NEUSS, Germany, April 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
Unprecedented interest was shown in the ClinicAll innovations at conhIT, the leading platform for the digital healthcare sector. Further talks were held, with even more depth and commitment. The conhIT event, held from 14-16 April 2015 in Berlin, attracted approximately 7,500 national and international experts. The fair was dominated by the hot topics of IT system integration as well as mobility, security and interoperability. In the context of networked communications between doctors, medical institutions and patients, the ClinicAll solutions scored highly with experts from 14 countries. Many promising contacts with international top decision-makers were established. "The subject of mobility was an absolute highlight at conhIT, especially applications for mobile end devices such as smartphones or tablet PCs," Professor Paul Schmuecker, President of the conhIT Conference, said. ClinicAll also attracted substantial interest in this field with the Pocket Pad, which has been developed especially for use in a medical context.

One highlight was the visit of Slovenian Ambassador Marta Kos Marko to the ClinicAll booth to gain information about ClinicAll's lighthouse project in Slovenia. ClinicAll and SRC Infonet, the Slovenian market leader for digital patient health records (HIS), are jointly equipping the first clinic in Slovenia with 180 ClinicAll bedside terminals, connecting every hospital room to the modern media world and providing full integration with the in-house SRC Infonet HIS. Uniquely, this provides patients with IPTV, Internet via a web browser, video on demand (VoD), VoIP telephony and access to current news, weather forecasts, online games, clinic information and a multitude of other information, while allowing doctors and other medical staff to benefit from direct data access at the patient's bedside. With this solution, so far unique in Europe, ClinicAll and SRC Infonet are setting new standards.
