If your motorhome hasn't been serviced for a while, then it may even be a good idea, in the interest of safety and reliability, to have your motorhome serviced a week or so before you plan to depart.

Some road signs can differ from country to country and not understanding local road signs can potentially be very dangerous. Furthermore, it will be wise to take spare light bulbs, reflective vests and a first aid kit. It's certainly better to be prepared in the event of anything going wrong.
