DUBLIN, April 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
CommProve is today announcing a new deal worth more than $1.7m with a LATAM Tier 1 MNO with more than 70 million subscribers. The new contract is based on a platform expansion of CommProve's GSP Performance Management product, a key solution for managing capacity, availability and quality of network services in a multivendor, multi-technology environment.
"Our GSP solution collects performance data and shows it in easy to understand and value creating reports. We process very large quantities of performance statistics, giving to the operators accurate information on network capacity, quality and usage," said Lars Pedersen, CEO of CommProve. "With this information, operators can maximize network performance to ensure competitive QoE in a cost-effective manner."
CommProve's portfolio of solutions provides operators with increased visibility into network performance, subscriber quality of experience and in some cases financial performance. The various solutions capture data from network links or directly from network elements and by correlating between data from different sources the solutions provide valuable insight used for network optimization, customer experience management, handset management, revenue assurance, Big Data feeds and many other use cases.
