Consolidated Minerals Ltd: Consmin Requests Disclosure of Security Holdings Information

Referring to Consmin's "Market and Business Update" published on March 8, 2016 (the "Announcement"), Consmin has engaged D.F. King Ltd, an Orient Capital Company, as the Identification Agent, to compile a list of Noteholders (as defined in the Announcement).

Consmin is requesting all Noteholders of the below Notes to disclose their identities and holdings to the Identification Agent.

Noteholders are invited to respond to this request via one of the two options, below:

1. For Notes held via Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg:

provide the required information via their custodian bank to Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg (if applicable) by means of the disclosure event in place by no later than Euroclear's or Clearstream's deadline; or

2. For Notes held directly by DTC:

request the appropriate disclosure forms via email to EUresponses@orientcap.com, Subject: "Request for Consmin disclosure forms", and follow the instructions stated on the forms.

Consmin undertakes that all information received will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be used solely by Consmin and its advisers for the purposes of the anticipated discussions with Noteholders.
