In an interview at the NHS Alliance Action Summit and as part of the "Breaking Boundaries and Beyond" news-style programme, Leading GP and Chairman of the NHS Alliance, Dr Mike Dixon claims the NHS has become a consumer service led by price and that communities need to invest in it to make it work in the future.
