The INTA meeting, which runs from 10-14 May, is being held in Asia for the first time. To mark the occasion, CPA Global is inviting conference attendees to a series of breakfast briefings and mini-seminars, designed to provide additional learning and networking opportunities for delegates while they are in Hong Kong. The sessions will explore a number of topics including: best practice in trademark management; optimum trademark watching strategies; cost-efficient trademark prosecution support; the benefits and challenges of moving to a 'paper-light' office; effective global agent management; and a sneak preview of the results of CPA Global's State of the IP Industry Survey 2014.
Breakfast briefings will be held at CPA Global's offices in Hong Kong's Central business district, while the mini-seminars will be hosted at the Company's booth (no. 533) at INTA.
The CPA Global booth will also feature demonstrations of the Company's suite of industry-leading IP software solutions, including IP management systems FoundationIP, Inprotech, Ipendo, Memotech, and Patrawin; electronic document management system First To File; and patent search platform Discover. In addition, there will be a special 'Trademark Solutions Lab', where trademark professionals can discover ways to respond more effectively and efficiently to surges in demand to cope with large file intake projects, docketing backlogs, data conversion, ownership changes, trademark maintenance, global filing programmes, and IP portfolio changes from M&A activity.
CPA Global's Senior Vice President Asia Pacific, Joanne Hon, commented: "CPA Global is the world leader in IP management services and software, and INTA provides us with an ideal forum to share our thought leadership with IP professionals from across the globe and to showcase our innovative products and services. We're excited about the INTA Annual Meeting being held in Asia for the first time. Asia is a key region for CPA Global and one where we see enormous potential for growth as the Asian IP markets continue to develop."
