Datacert Adds Five Services Partners to Support Growing Passport Client Base
LONDON, March 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
- Passport Technology Platform a Springboard to Widen Partner Network
Datacert, Inc., the premier global provider of enterprise legal management solutions, announced today partnerships with five top-tier consulting firms, aligned to provide a range of enhanced services to Datacert clients that have purchased Passport®, Datacert's patent-pending technology platform for the legal industry. The market success of Passport since its launch in September, 2010 drove Datacert to establish a robust, global network of services partners to support a growing list of clients around the world.

The five partners - Ascertus, Datalynx, Duff & Phelps, Huron Legal, and Mosaic Consulting - are providing front-end consulting, scoping, system-design, and development work to Passport clients and have already been engaged on more than ten projects over the last six months. Reflecting the rapid adoption of Passport in Europe in addition to North America, Datalynx and Ascertus, which are based in Switzerland and England, respectively, were engaged to extend Datacert's implementation services in EMEA to help service Europe-based Passport clients.
Prior to engaging in any client projects, all of the firms completed Datacert's required Passport partner training program, via the Datacert Learning Institute, leading to their certifications as Datacert partners. After initial training, Datacert continues to provide partners with on-going training and support to ensure they remain current in their knowledge of the company's products.
"To say the training and on-going support provided to partners are comprehensive is an understatement," said Serge Meyer, chief executive officer, Datalynx. "Datacert holds a very high standard for their partners and consequently provides extremely high-quality partner training and support services, which sets them apart in the industry and reflects the company's commitment to quality service delivery for its clients. Partners are very well-equipped to deploy Passport solutions and are treated like an extension of the Datacert team."
Since its launch just over a year ago, Passport has been selected by more than 25 companies and government entities, primarily Fortune/Fortune Global 500 corporations, such as CenturyLink, Johnson Controls, and Nissan International.
"Passport helps legal and compliance organizations centralise their disparate systems and databases into one platform," said Rich Seleznov, managing director and Law Department Management solution leader, Huron Legal. "Providing a flexible, matter-centric system that mirrors how attorneys work optimises the business process and offers more meaningful information."
