DOCDATA Confirms Strategic Partnership with ASOS

WAALWIJK, The Netherlands, April 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

After several publications today in the press in Germany in which DOCDATA has been mentioned by ASOS as their fulfilment partner, DOCDATA wishes to confirm this fact but cannot and will not further comment on this strategic partnership. 

ASOS announced mid 2013 its plans to expand its fulfilment capabilities to support further growth in key-regions like Germany, Scandinavia and France, by setting up a new fulfilment hub in Central Europe. DOCDATA hereby confirms that DOCDATA will operate this Euro hub for ASOS in DOCDATA's warehouses in Grossbeeren (Berlin region), as was stated in several publications in today's press in Germany.

At the request of ASOS, DOCDATA does not further comment on the strategic partnership agreement at this stage and refers for all further inquiries to Mr. Mark Holland, Supply Chain Director of ASOS. In the press release of 20 February 2014, DOCDATA wrote: "Early 2014, we however signed agreements for strategic partnerships with several new clients with potential."; we now confirm that ASOS is one of these new clients.
