Doron Ezickson Joins Cadwalader to Establish UK Energy and Commodities Practice

Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, a leading international law firm, today announced the addition of Doron Ezickson as a Partner in its London office, establishing the UK Energy and Commodities Practice.
Mr. Ezickson joins from McDermott Will & Emery LLP, as part of a team of nine partners in Washington D.C., London, New York and Houston creating a new global Energy and Commodities Practice.
He is a recognised leader in international energy and commodities law, and adds to Cadwalader's traditional strengths of financial services, capital markets, M&A, litigation, regulatory and anti-corruption lawyers. The new Energy and Commodities Practice spans all financial products within the wholesale, emissions and renewables markets.

Mr. Ezickson has extensive experience of the energy markets, including a wide range of European, US and Asia regulatory and compliance issues relating to the development and operation of wholesale energy, renewable energy and emissions markets, as well as related financial products. He has practised as a foreign attorney in the UK since 2006 and is also admitted to practice in Massachussetts, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania.
Other key Partners joining the Firm in the United States include Paul Pantano who was head of McDermott's Energy and Commodities Advisory practice, focusing foremost on energy, commodities and derivatives law. Karen A. Dewis, who joins the team from her previous position as head of McDermott's corporate practice and co-head of its Global M&A group. Gregory Mocek, former head of McDermott's Energy and Commodities Advisory Practice Group Enforcement Defense Team; Daryl L.
