Dubai Parks and Resorts and Omnico Create a 'Smart Resort'

Omnico software is installed in three theme parks, creating a single, unified retail, dining and entertainment experience
Omnico and Dubai Parks and Resorts have installed a single integrated Point-Of-Sale (POS) system across all the parks' retail and hospitality sites. This included 359 POS lanes across the retail, restaurant and entertainment sites, as well as pre-booking and table management systems for dining experiences.

Omnico was chosen as the only software company able to achieve complete integration between retail and hospitality systems on the scale required. All transactions and reservations across the separate parks are now connected and collated centrally, ensuring a seamless experience for both Dubai Parks and Resorts, and their visitors.
To ensure complete integration of merchandise outlets, restaurants and cafes, Omnico installed its full Omnico Commerce suite of omni-channel software products. This includes omniEngage which enables package meal, retail or ticket purchases and cashless experiences via RFID wristbands, and omniBasket for fixed and mobile retail and table ordering points. A new consumer app for advance-booking of dining tables is also to be implemented in the coming months.
