On 30 September 2014, the Cajamar Cooperative Group, had assets amounting to 38,193 million euro, business volume went beyond 65,000 million euro, a solvency ratio of 12.84%, a CET1 capital ratio of 11.59%, computable capital amounting to 2,821 million euro (with a surplus of 1,064 million), 1,316 branches, and 6,507 employees.
The group has recently published their own environmental policy demonstrating a strong commitment to the sustainable development of its activities (despite a reduced environmental impact) encompassing their entire supply chain. The attention to the environment is also reflected by the building and plant choices made during the development of the new Almeria location.
The new building, with modern and linear architecture, is composed of five floors for a total of 18,000 square meters and can accommodate up to 1,100 employees. It contains offices, meeting rooms, and work areas, but also a café-restaurant, a day-care for the employees' children as well as green areas outside the building to maximise the well-being of the workplace.
To combine internal comfort and sustainability, a multi-purpose i-FX-Q/SL-CA/S 0802 unit, two high efficiency TECS2/SL-CA-E/S 0512 chillers, and the ClimaPRO management and optimisation system have been selected and installed, all of which have been supplied by Climaveneta.
The experience acquired by DeLclima over the past 40 years in the comfort industry has allowed it to become the leading player in major projects, where essential results combine internal well-being and sustainability in a bold architectural context, much like in the case of the new Cajamar Cooperative Group location in Almeria.
