EM Expands Team with New Appointments in London and Moscow

EM, the leading financial PR and IR advisory business for companies in Russia, is pleased to announce new appointments in its London and Moscow offices.

In the EM London head office, Jeroen van de Crommenacker joins as a Senior Capital Markets Advisor. Jeroen has more than 10 years ECM and M&A experience at ING Bank, helping to raise over $10 billion across more than 100 transactions for landmark issuers out of Russia, CIS and CEE. During this time he played a lead role in advising issuers on their investor communication strategy in the context of ECM offerings and in the post-transaction aftermarket.

In Moscow, the EM team has expanded further with the addition of former journalist Sian Glaessner. Sian joins having previously worked as an editor at RIA Novosti in Moscow, and before that as a journalist at the BBC in London covering Russia.
