French premiere of "Crocodile in the Yangtze: A Westerner Inside China's Alibaba.com"
An immersion in Alibaba.com will be attended, with the director and producer Porter Erisman, former VP of Alibaba Group, Thursday, March 6 at the end of the conferences. The movie is based on 200 hours of archives, filmed between 1995 and 2009. The film has a surprisingly candid portrait of Jack Ma and his company, told from the perspective of an "American fly" on a "Chinese wall", which has witnessed the success and Alibaba mistakes, so that it went from a small apartment to a global company of 16 000 employees.
