From today, Baur and I'm walking customers can pay with the new cross-channel payment solution - quickly and easily by scanning a QR code at the online checkout or on invoice.

Whether you want a warm Norwegian-style sweater or a smart pair of pumps for a special occasion: payment has never been so fast and easy. That is because customers of the Internet retailer Baur and the specialist shoe retailer I'm walking can now pay with the new cross-channel payment solution, Yapital, can be used at the online checkout on a PC or tablet or on invoice - by simply scanning a QR code with their smartphone. In the online shop it is also possible to confirm the purchase by entering their Yapital credentials.

Paying by invoice is the preferred payment method for German consumers and also popular across Europe: You pay for the products you have already received. Customers of Baur and I'm walking now have another reason to choose payment on invoice: with immediate effect a Yapital QR code now appears on the invoice allowing for a fast and simple payment. No need for online banking, visiting a bank branch - or worrying about complicated IBAN numbers that replace account numbers with the introduction of SEPA. By scanning the QR code printed on the invoice with the Yapital app on a smartphone and clicking on "Confirm", the purchase is done.
