Eversheds Focusses on Further Growth in CEE with Romanian Launch

International law firm Eversheds has today (3 October 2011) announced a new collaboration with Romanian law firm Lina & Guia SCA as the firm continues to expand its global presence.

Lina & Guia is a full service law firm offering complex legal advice across a full range of practice areas, from company commercial and real estate, to energy, dispute resolution and insolvency. Clients of the firm include Danone, Volvo, Sigma Bleyzer, RBS and Medicover.
From 1 October, the practice will operate under the name Eversheds Lina & Guia.

This partnership is the latest is a series of recent announcements regarding the expansion of Eversheds. This year, the firm announced further expansion in Africa via a cooperation agreement giving it bases in Casablanca and Tangier, a ground breaking merger in the Middle East and new offices in Madrid and Hamburg. The new office in Romania will increase Eversheds' global offering to 46 offices around the world.
