Executives From Des Moines, Calgary Partner To Lead Marketing Advisory Board
ACCE Marketing and Communications Division will advance chamber work across North America
DES MOINES, Iowa, March 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Greater Des Moines Partnership Chief Communications Officer Tiffany Tauscheck and Calgary Chamber Director of Marketing and Communications Scott Crockatt have partnered to lead the Marketing and Communications Division Advisory Board for Alexandria, Va.-based Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE).
The goal of the division is to foster strengthened partnerships between chamber of commerce professionals across North America and to elevate the communications and marketing work being done by chambers of commerce globally.
"Chambers of commerce strengthen our communities and affect positive change nationally and internationally through their game-changing programs and initiatives at the local level," said Mick Fleming, ACCE president. Tauscheck has served in her role at The Partnership since 2015. The Partnership has been able to facilitate collaboration among many diverse stakeholders to drive unprecedented growth in the region in terms of economic development and population growth. In Tauscheck's time with the organization, The Partnership has strategically elevated its presence nationally and internationally. Tauscheck is well-recognized regionally as the first Emerging Woman of Influence by the Business Record, a 40 Under 40 honoree by the same organization and the Metro Women's Network's 2015 Woman of the Year, among others. Nationally, she was named one of the nation's top Forty Under 40 leaders in nonprofits and associations by USAE. Internationally, Tauscheck serves on the World Chambers Federations Digital Strategy Task Force to help frame communications, serve chambers and foster collaboration between the global network of chambers.

Crockatt calls himself "the head cheerleader for business" in his city and has lead marketing and communications for the Chamber since 2013. Scott's work has received international award recognition through the World Chambers Federation, and he has been named as a Top 40 Under 40.

The Marketing and Communications Division Advisory Board is an invite-only, executive-level volunteer leadership group that charts the path for activities of the division.
