Finalists Announced for the QBE FTSE 100 Business of the Year Award

The 2015 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards QBE FTSE 100 Business of the Year finalists have been announced as BT, Easyjet, Dixons Carphone Warehouse and Wolseley. The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel, London on November 10^th where world renowned astronaut and one of the most recognised figures in astronomy, Buzz Aldrin, will deliver a keynote speech.

This award aims to highlight the story behind the share price; looking at how Britain's best large businesses are delivering shareholder value while growing sustainably; creating jobs and expanding operations in the UK and / or overseas.

The QBE FTSE 100 Business of the Year Award recognises market leaders from a range of industries in the FTSE 100 that have demonstrated exceptional growth, resilience and / or commercial performance over the last 18 months. Ultimately, the winning organisation will be held up as an example of excellent practice and an inspiration to all businesses.
