Finn: England Will "Keep Fighting" After Ashes Defeat

England cricketer Steve Finn today vowed that his team would "keep fighting harder than ever" despite having lost the Ashes series in Australia. Having lost the third Test in Perth on Sunday by 112 runs the England bowler said his side were "gutted" but were "working harder than ever to put things right."

"We haven't played our best cricket and have paid the price. We're hurting really badly but there are still two tests to go in this series and it's important we continue to improve and come away from this series with a 3-2 score line. We know we're capable of winning in Melbourne and Sydney despite the form we've shown."

The England fast bowler was speaking at Sandown Racecourse in Melbourne where he and seven other England players were enjoying test driving the Jaguar F-TYPE before the start of the fourth Test at the MCG on Boxing Day. "It's important we have some down time and take our minds off cricket for a while so we can come back fresh on Boxing Day."
