Fora Care Suisse AG, located in St. Gallen, Switzerland, announced today it will be exhibiting at the Africa Health Exhibition May 9-11, 2012 in the Johannesburg Expo Centre in Nasrec, South Africa to showcase its new thermometry devices and the latest in diabetes and blood pressure monitoring via its FORA and FORA Diamond series products that work with a simple yet advanced Telehealth System to the African market.  Fora Care's booth is 6J30.

THERMOMETRY

Specifically, Fora Care will present its new Nexus IR30 thermometer for the first time - an infrared thermometer that is capable of detecting body temperature without making contact with the skin.

The new Nexus IR30 is capable of detecting objects automatically and begins the measurement process within centimeters (cm).

BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITORING

Fora Care will also present its FORA Diamond line of glucose meters featuring new SSI Technology that provides five main improved performance features: fast blood absorption (completes within five seconds), testing from most any angle, easier strip handling, reduced strip wastage and more accuracy in test results.

BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING

Fora Care's AVG technology will also be presented at the meeting demonstrating its simple innovation of taking three measurements and averaging them together as well as its IRB technology that can detect irregular heart beat.
