ST. GALLEN, Switzerland, October 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --
New iDiamond and Diamond Mini Monitoring Tools Offer Sleek, Elegant Design, Superior Accuracy
Fora Care Suisse AG located in St. Gallen, Switzerland announced today the launch of its Total and Complete Mobility line of blood glucose monitoring devices and tools.
The Total and Complete Mobility line (TCM) which was presented for the first time at the (EASD) in Lisbon, Portugal in September will be the focus of ForaCare's exhibition experience at Medica in Germany in November.
The line is a solution that is now available to diabetic patients to help bridge the gap between physician's care and diabetes self management.
The iDiamond is the most elegant yet sophisticated glucose monitoring device offered and it requires an Apple © iPhone or iPad device. The iDiamond allows patients to monitor their health while not sacrificing access to their high technology platforms and tools. The monitor sends data automatically to health care providers at the touch of a button for remote patient monitoring by medical professionals.
The Mini Diamond provides a choice for consumers who like incorporating their glucose readings into their high tech iPhone or iPad, or any other smart phone device but want the flexibility of using the glucose monitor on its own, as well. Users can choose how and when to upload their glucose data to their health care provider.
"The Total and Complete Mobility Line raises the bar of consumer friendly devices by offering elegance, sophistication and ease-of-use all in one device," said Ty-Minh Tan, CEO of Fora Care Suisse AG.
FORA Blood Glucose Monitors are validated according to ISO 15197 requirements at an internationally renowned diabetes institute in Ulm, Germany. Please visit http://www.foracare.ch/validations.html
