BEDMINSTER, New Jersey, Oct. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCAP), a global provider of online trading services, announced today that it is has changed its third quarter 2012 reporting schedule, due to the impact of extreme weather conditions.
The company will now release its third quarter earnings on Thursday November 1, 2012, after the market closes. A conference call to discuss the results will be held that day at 6pm ET.
