Gavin Neilson Joins PA Consulting Group's Financial Services Team in Scotland

PA Consulting Group is delighted to announce Gavin Neilson has joined its financial services team in Scotland. Gavin is a leading expert in business change and IT and will spearhead the further development of PA's financial services business in Scotland.
Gavin has over 20 years' experience of business transformation and IT and has led complex change and IT projects. He has worked across multiple sectors with a particular focus in insurance, long-term savings and investments and retail and wholesale banking.
Before joining PA Gavin was Change Director at Standard Life where he was responsible for the transformation of the firm's project capability, in parallel with shaping and delivering the firm's investment portfolio involving a team of 1000 IT and change professionals. Before this he spent three years at Lloyds Banking Group in a number of roles including Banking Operations Integration Director, Business Transformation Director for Scottish Widows and MD Scottish Widows International. Prior to this Gavin spent 15 years in consultancy including ten years at PA, leading high profile change across a diverse set of industries and geographies.
