NEW YORK, Nov. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Graham-Pelton Consulting, Inc., a leading global fundraising and management consulting firm serving the non-profit sector, announced today that Shaun Horan will join the firm in 2014 as Managing Director in the United Kingdom, working in partnership with Susie Hills.

Mr. Horan brings to Graham-Pelton nearly two decades of fundraising, communications, and marketing experience across a range of sectors. In his most recent role as the Director of Campaigns and Supporter Engagement for the University of Reading, Horan established and executed the fundraising program at Reading in 2004. Seen as the most ambitious fundraising effort ever undertaken by the University, it included a substantial fundraising target, and significantly increased efforts to engage alumni, friends, and University stakeholders. Prior to his time at Reading, Shaun spent a decade in the voluntary sector. Shaun's leading positions in the nonprofit industry, level of expertise, and depth of experience make him an ideal addition to Graham-Pelton's rapidly-growing UK team.
