The 'Leader' category is a part of IAOP's 2017, 'The Global Outsourcing 100 (GO 100) Programme'. The GO 100 Programme is in its 13th year and has outsourcing service providers competing in the 'Best of breed' category. Leading global industry listings of providers and advisors demonstrate their strength and potential through this programme. While size is one factor for evaluation, other assessment criteria such as customer references have higher weightage in the final scores and position on the list.
