"Happiest Minds was established with a mission of 'Happiest People. Happiest Customers'. Being recognised as one of India's Best Companies to Work for, is yet another recognition for our company. I would like to congratulate and thank my entire team. They made our mission statement and our company culture a success story today," said Mr. Ashok Soota, Executive Chairman, Happiest Minds Technologies.
"To be recognised as one of 'India's Best Companies to Work for' is indeed a very proud moment for us. Our people practices reinforce the philosophy of happiness. We are happy that the Great Place to Work® Culture Audit© placed Happiest Minds in the 'Best Culture' quadrant and recognised 7 of our People Practices as 'Best Practices'," added Raja Shanmugam, Chief People Officer at Happiest Minds Technologies.
Great Place to Work® Institute and The Economic Times have been conducting this survey in India for the last 13 years. 'India's Best Companies to Work for' survey is a recognition program which culminates the efforts made by an organization to create and sustain the best workplace culture for their people. This also helps companies analyse the specific areas of people practices that might need to be modified and examines the level of trust within the organization by surveying the employees.
This year, about 800 companies participated in this assessment. 'India's Best Companies to Work for' is one of the largest surveys in India wherein over 155,119 employees were reviewed to assess the strength and impact of organizations' people-related management practices.
"While happiness is a personal choice, Happiness Evangelism is a responsibility. For demonstrable behaviour and culture adoption in our organization, very specific people engagement initiatives such as the Happiness Evangelism Index and the practice of Gratitude have brought about positive growth in our people. This has certainly led to us being in the Top 100 list," said Sharon S Andrew, PhD, Happiness Evangelist at Happiest Minds Technologies.
Happiest Minds received several recognitions this year, including more than 15 awards, in areas of Intellectual Property & Thought Leadership and High Revenue Growth. The company has received accolades from leading industry analysts such as Gartner, Forrester, Ovum, Zinnov, Nelson Hall for its disruptive tech focus in the chosen areas of expertise such as Retail, Advanced Analytics, Application Security, IoT, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Software Product Engineering and R&D Engineering.
