BOZEN, SUD-TIROL, Italy, January 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Robotics today announced its first 2011 contract for the installation of 2 i.v.STATION robots at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, marking the third California hospital, after Cottage Health System and Memorial Care, to purchase 2 i.v.STATIONs each. The installation of the 2 i.v.STATIONs is scheduled to occur during 1Q2011 initially focusing on antibiotics and controlled substances, and in conjunction with Health Robotics' i.v.SOFT Assist Workflow Engine for Chemotherapy. Finally, this new agreement also represents the third i.v.STATION for Pediatrics sold in the United States of America, after Miller Children's Hospital in Long Beach.
