BOZEN, Sud-Tirol, Italy, August 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --
Health Robotics S.r.l. today revealed that it had won a swift dismissal of McKesson's previously announced lawsuit against the company http://www.mckesson.com/en_us/McKesson.com/About%2BUs/Newsroom/Press%2BReleases%2BArchives/2011/McKesson%2Bto%2BSeek%2BDiscontinuation%2Bof%2BStrategic%2BAgreement.html in a decision announced this week by U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph C.
