High 5 Games Announces Major Distribution Deal with Playtech
NEW YORK, Nov. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Online casino players will soon be able to play some of their favorite games from the land-based industry thanks to a significant deal between casino content provider High 5 Games and leading online software and platform provider Playtech.
"We are very excited to be able to offer so many our games to Playtech and its impressive list of partners," said Anthony Singer, CEO of High 5 Games. "One of H5G's main objectives has been to grow our online presence and we believe this agreement will prove to be a valuable first step in achieving that objective."
With the deal, Playtech will offer a double-digit number of H5G games to its online casino partners. These brands will include some of High 5 Games' top-performing games from brick-and-mortar casinos from the past few years.
"We are thrilled to be working with High 5 Games, who has established itself as one of the best game creators in the industry," said Mor Weizer, CEO of Playtech. "This relationship will allow Playtech to continue to offer market-leading products to all of our valued partners."
The multi-year agreement was finalized last month at the European iGaming Congress and Expo (EiG) in Barcelona. As part of the agreement, H5G games will only be available for online wagering in legal and regulated jurisdictions.
"Playtech has a reputation for delivering high-performing and proven content to many of the biggest online operators in the world," said Med Nadooshan, chief operating officer of High 5 Games. "This agreement will allow High 5 Games to expand its reach and introduce our games to brand new players around the world."
