High 5 Games Wins Top AGA Communications Award
-'Establishing the H5G Brand' Named Best Communications Campaign of 2012
NEW YORK, Oct. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- It has been quite a year for High 5 Games.
In 2012, the casino content provider announced distribution agreements with two of the largest slot manufacturers in the world, watched many of its new games surge to become performance leaders in the industry, and showcased a record number of brands at the annual Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas.
Now, the industry is recognizing High 5 Games for its recent accolades. The American Gaming Association announced in Las Vegas last week that High 5 Games was the winner of its prestigious annual Voice Communications Award.
High 5 Games won the 2012 AGA Voice award for 'Best Communications Campaign' thanks to its year-long efforts to better establish its brand with potential partners, casinos, and players.
"We are honored and humbled to be recognized by the American Gaming Association," said Anthony Singer, CEO of High 5 Games. "We have a dedicated and talented staff that works diligently to make sure that we create energetic, innovative, and high-performing games for our partners."
High 5 Games was founded in 1995, but its most notable successes have come in the past few years. After creating such renowned games as Da Vinci Diamonds™, Cats™, and The Green Machine™ , High 5 Games followed up its success by building some of its most popular slot machine games to date – including Golden Goddess™, Shadow of the Panther™, Jaguar Princess™, and The Dream™. Altogether, High 5 Games has created nearly 150 brands and more than 300 casino games.
For the AGA award, High 5 Games submitted a campaign that encompassed the company's efforts to better connect with its key constituents. This included YouTube videos, Facebook pages, and forum posts that addressed player feedback, digital direct mail and promotional material that targeted casino operators, and a new company website and marketing material that showcased the company's recent accolades to major partners in the industry.
"Our goal in this campaign was to let players and partners know a little bit more about the company that has created so many games for them over the past few years," said Stephen A. Murphy, director of communications and business development for High 5 Games. "Our priority has always been to create an unparalleled player experience. This campaign allowed us to share the successes of that experience with our partners."
High 5 Games was also named a finalist for the AGA Voice Award for 'Best Digital Direct Mail' of 2012 for 'The Slot Report,' its monthly e-blast to casino operators.
The 2012 Annual AGA Communications Awards received nearly 250 entries from around the world. It was the second largest number of entries in the 12-year history of the awards.
