'Hop On, Hop Off' Buses Make London Pass an Even Better Deal
LONDON, January 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --
- Sightseeing buses provide added value and convenience for visitors
The popular London Pass sightseeing card has become better value and more convenient than ever before with the new inclusion of 'hop on, hop off' tourist buses.
Effective immediately, London Pass (http://www.londonpass.com) holders can now enjoy as standard a one-day ticket for Golden Tours' open-top buses, giving them a choice of 60 stops around the city on three different routes.
Normally priced at £22 per adult and £10 per child, the sightseeing buses showcase top London landmarks and make it simple for London Pass users to combine several attractions that are also included on the pass.
Key stops provide easy access to attractions such as the Tower of London, the London Bridge Experience, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge and the Royal Albert Hall - all of which are already hugely popular with London Pass customers.
An English-speaking guide is aboard each of the 'hop on, hop off' buses, while for non-English speakers an audio guide is available in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese and Russian - making the buses perfect for visitors trying to find their bearings in London.
"We're delighted to be able to offer our customers the chance to explore London aboard the Golden Tours sightseeing buses," said Amanda Truman, Director - Product Marketing for the London Pass.
"Not only are the buses a great attraction in themselves, but they make it easy for London Pass customers to travel between some of our most popular sites, improving their overall sightseeing experience in the city."
A one-day London Pass is priced at £55 per adult and £37 per child (aged 5-15), and on a one-day break visitors to the city can save after using the pass just three times. For example, paying independently to visit the Tower of London (normally £22), the London Bridge Experience (£24) and enjoying the 'hop on, hop off' buses (£22) would ordinarily come to £68, but London Pass holders can enjoy the same experiences and save £13. Two-day, three-day, six-day and 10-day London Passes are also available.
The 'hop on, hop off' buses join more than 60 featured attractions on the London Pass. The pass saves holders not only money but time too, as the card includes queue-jumping privileges at a number of popular city attractions, meaning less time waiting to gain entry, and more time enjoying their chosen experience.
