HS Kraft AB Renamed BayWa r.e. Scandinavia AB

As of today, HS Kraft AB has a new name: BayWa r.e. Scandinavia AB. By adopting the name of the BayWa r.e. renewable energy group, the company, located in Malmö in Sweden, is streamlining its business operations in the renewable sector with main focus in wind power to better serve the North European market, including Nordic and the Baltic states.

The company, founded in 2006, has developed several projects in collaboration with its network of landowners and private investors. Its business comprises project development, construction and management of farms in preferably the wind power sector but also solar. In 2014, the team joined the BayWa r.e. group. "Our customers and employees already benefit from the strong brand of BayWa r.e. standing for long-term experience and a high quality product portfolio along with excellent service and technical support. Therefore, the renaming of our company was the next logical step," explained Håkan Wallin, CEO of BayWa r.e. Scandinavia AB.
