"To achieve sustainable development, Huawei believes that smart cities are the best way to address challenges that arise from social and economic development, like public safety, traffic congestion, pollution, and energy shortages. Modern cities require efficient information sharing, ubiquitous broadband, and agile services to ensure smooth transmission of information related to public safety and enhance convenience of people's daily lives. To meet these requirements, cities need advanced ICT technologies," said Mr. Yu.
