Hult International Business School Expands in London, Boston, and San Francisco
LONDON, Nov. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hult International Business School (Hult) is creating a new undergraduate campus in a famous old brewery and warehouse in East London, which will open in September 2014. The new campus is part of Hult's global expansion program designed to meet increasing demand for its unique multinational degree programs.
The new facility, which will allow Hult to expand its undergraduate numbers in the city, reflects the growing popularity of London as a destination for ambitious young students -- many of whom are likely to start their business careers in the city.
Hult is also tripling the capacity of its campus in Boston, and has augmented its San Francisco operation to allow it to increase student numbers by one-third.
Hult's decision to expand reflects growing interest in degrees with an international focus, given businesses' increasing need for globally-savvy employees.
At Hult, post-graduate students have the opportunity to rotate between the school's five international campuses in London, Boston, San Francisco, Dubai, and Shanghai. Meanwhile, Hult undergraduates can spend four years at the San Francisco campus, four years at the London campus, or any combination of the two as well as visit Hult's campuses in Dubai and Shanghai. Students of the school's MBA and Master of International Business programs can also attend Hult's new rotation center in New York.
Centrally-located near the city's financial district and East London's thriving tech and art scenes, Hult's state-of-the-art undergraduate campus integrates the industrial heritage of the pre-existing Victorian brewery and warehouse, once owned by the renowned whisky distiller's John Walker and Sons, with a contemporary extension including an atrium and external terraces. Award-winning architectural firm Sergison Bates will design the interiors to be sensitive to its historic past. The campus residential facility will be able to accommodate 400 students.
By 2015, Hult's Boston campus will triple its capacity to 900, which means that more of its students will be able to study in the capital city of US academia. Next year, Hult will also open its Boston campus to its Master of International Marketing students for the first time.
Hult also recently expanded its San Francisco campus and student enrollment to accommodate increasing demand from budding entrepreneurs to study in this thriving innovation capital. This will allow Hult San Francisco to receive its first undergraduates from September 2014.
