ibelsa.rooms - a new hotel management system developed by the german enterprise  ibelsa GmbH for small and medium-sized accommodation facilities - by the industry, for the industry is presented on the World´s Leading Travel Trade Show ITB in Berlin.  

Operators of small and medium-sized hotels can now save both time and money. Ibelsa.rooms, founded on the theme "keep it simple", was developed by specialists in the IT and international hotel management sectors. The result is a web-based, hotel management software with integrated CRM, and a clearly arranged cockpit from where reservations, the room rack, documents, and tasks are managed.

Furthermore, an intelligent search function allows instant access to customer, company and reservation information. Experts from within the hospitality industry, with their keen understanding of what is required for daily, hotel operations, along with developers of cutting-edge technologies, have been involved in product development at every stage of the process. The accounting program is available in four languages: English, German, Italian and Portuguese.

"The cost of acquiring booking software for a hotel website puts the option out of reach for most small hotel owners," explains Patrick Schulte, software developer and CEO of ibelsa.rooms. This is where ibelsa.rooms comes in: All that is needed is a computer with internet access. Using any web browser, hoteliers can personalise ibelsa.rooms, and get going straight away. The existing booking interface for hotel websites, along with the Facebook version that will soon be made available to our customers, is a very important tool. Bookings made in this manner are entered automatically into the system. Another interface, connected to the various booking portals, is currently in development and will be available soon. The system is based on the principle of SAAS (software as a service), which means just that - that the hotelier can access and use the cloud-based software anywhere in the world, without the need for installation.
